Scheduled a service call online. That was easy. Technician arrived in two or three hours. The system was blowing a fuse. Took a little while to troubleshoot. Replaced a part in the heat pump. All seems ok now. The technician did a fine job. The whole experience was good, and I am happy with the service. Would use Homer Nine again.

Homer Nine installed and serviced my grandparents' home for many years. When my parents built our home in 1976, Homer Nine was the only company they trusted to take care of our furnace and eventually air-conditioner. They installed a second furnace in the 49 years of this home and have always been there when needed, even if it was 2 a.m. Before my dad passed away, he left instructions for the care and maintenance of the house. When it came to the furnace or air conditioner, the only thing it said was call Homer Nine and trust them. When I bought a home of my own, Homer Nine and Sons was my first call. We had been serviced for years by another company, but their quality went down, and the cost went up over the years, so we needed someone new.
We were recommended Homer Nine and Sons by a friend and are so glad we called them. They've saved us multiple times during loss of heat emergencies. They caught that our AC unit was failing. They helped my mom to catch that her heater was leaking CO and quickly replaced the system in winter.
