Kris is very knowledgeable about the product. We wanted to insulate just one pipe, but he explained what would happen if just one was insulated. Moisture would travel to the next pipe, etc. Suggested a dehumidifier that would remedy the moisture problem in the basement. Thoroughly checked furnace and air conditioner for optimum service. Would recommend highly.
